Yes! Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. Please note, it can take up to 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear once your shipment is passed on to the shipping courier. All orders ship from the United States.

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of being placed.  We ship orders Monday-Friday during business hours only, and we don't operate on major holidays.  Please note that orders during peak holiday season, may experience delays due to longer processing and shipping times.

Transit times can vary between 3-7 business days (for US orders) depending on delivery address, and delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Our fulfillment center ships our your order using various methods depending on the size of your order.  Most orders arrive within 10 business days of shipment. Business days are considered to be Monday-Friday and do not include shipping holidays.

Purchases on FrenchieRevolution.com with a subtotal over $50 and a shipping address within the contiguous 48 states will qualify for free shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/AFO addresses, and other US territories will be excluded from the free shipping offer.  When a purchase qualifies for free shipping, it will be reflected at checkout.

No. We currently only offer shipping within the United States.  Stay tuned as we’ll be expanding our shipping to the rest of North America soon.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped from our Fulfillment center.  Please allow up to 48 hours for the information to update with transit details.

It's not uncommon for the link to appear invalid right away, especially on weekends.  I can take up to 2 business days (Monday - Friday) from the time you receive your shipment notification email for the shipping company to update their system and provide tracking.  Please continue to refresh the link provided in your email and reach back out to us via the contact form if it has not updated after 72 hours from the time your shipping email was received.

Ordinarily, you can expect consistent updates from the courier while your order is on it's way to you, however, delays of up to 8 business days can occur between scans.  Business days do not include weekends or holidays, it is very common for tracking not to update between Friday night and Monday afternoon.  If you are seeing delays longer than 8 days, please reach out to us via the <contact form>

Oh no!  You've been patiently waiting for your package to arrive at your door, you check your tracking and see it has been delivered, but can't find the package at your door.  What now?

First, check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure the destination is correct.  If so, please exhaust all available resources to try to retrieve your order:

  • Double-check all areas of your property, including under and around porches, the garage, side doors, back yards, or apartment package lockers, as carriers may try to leave products in obscure locations for security.
  • Ask others who may share your residence to see if they received it on your behalf.
  • Ask the carrier if they can help you locate the whereabouts, as it is very common to see a parcel delivered to a neighbor by mistake or marked as delivered but accidentally left on the truck.
  • If you live in an apartment building, inquire with your mail room or reception area/leasing office.
  • For areas with a community mailbox or central pickup point, check your normal mail slot for a key to the parcel locker. Many carriers will not deliver to your doorstep if it will fit securely at the drop site.

If you would like to return your purchase, we're here to help!  You may return your merchandise within 15 days of receiving the order and we will deduct the cost of shipping from your refund.  Please return the item(s) in the original packaging.  

Once Customer Service issues you a return label, items must be sent back within 30 days.  If you send items more than 30 days after the return label is issued, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.  Refunds will be issued within two business days after the receipt of goods to the original form of payment.

The following are exceptions to the return policy above:

  • Dog leashes may not be worn or washed and must have all the original tags attached.

Frenchie Revolution works hard to ensure your items get to you quickly and safely but we know damages happen.  While we can't promise mint condition, if a Frenchie Revolution product has a significant defect or damage, please contact our Customer Service team for help.  Replacements are subject to Frenchie Revolutions approval and inventory availability.  We may request the you return your purchase and may receive a replacement item.

Please reach out within 15 days of purchase.  We encourage your to reach out as soon as possible for the best chance at the preferred resolution.  Please reach our via our contact form and include your Frenchie Revolution order number and a clear photo of everything you received in your order, shown together.

A replacement shipment containing the correct item(s) will be offered if sufficient inventory exists to do so.  If we are not able to replace the item with an identical product, we will issue a refund for the missing item.  

Taxes calculated at checkout are estimated by ship to address. The actual taxes charged to your credit card will be calculated based on the state sales tax when your order is shipped.

Orders shipped to IL, NJ, WI, VA, OH, NC, GA, MI, MD, MN, IN, NV, UT, KY, LA, KS, CA, HI, or NE will have all applicable local and state sales taxes added to your total order.
